BBQ Grill Dry Rubs
Rub the seasonings into the meat between 15 and 30 minutes before grilling.
Classic BBQ Rub
- 4 tsp. Kosher Salt
- 2 tsp. pure Chile powder
- 2 tsp. light brown suger
- 2 tsp. granulated garlic
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
Makes 1/4 cup.
Cajun Rub
- 2 tsp. finely chopped fresh thyme
- 1 1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt
- 1 tsp. granulated garlic
- 1 tsp. granulated onion
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. light brown sugar
- 3/4 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. ground cayenne pepper
Asian Rub
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 2 tsp. Kosher Salt
- 2 tsp. ground coriander
- 2 tsp. Chinese four-star powder
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp. ground allspice
- 1/2 tsp. ground cayenne pepper
